1991 AL Player of Note

  Minnesota's Scott Erickson became MLB's first pitcher to win 10 games in this 1991 season.  Erickson went the distance in the Twins 7-2 victory over the Baltimore Orioles. He allowed 9 hits while walking 1 and striking out 8.

jacked one out of the ballyard and had 2 RBI as the Minnesota Twins beat the
Baltimore Orioles by a score of 7 to 2.
 
Erickson(10-3) delivered a fine performance for Minnesota.  He surrendered 9
hits and 1 walk in 9 innings.  Minnesota banged out 10 hits on the night.
